As you tiptoed into my life.

You tiptoed into my life,
With a breeze I always ,
wished to embrace.
My mind said, but for how long?

You tiptoed into my life,
With a sense of belonging.
You showed me the respect,
My eyes quenched to see.
My mind said, but for how long?

You tiptoed into my life,
With a rustling tune.
You played the tune I loved to hear.
My mind said, but for how long?

And the day finally came.
When my doubt unfolded into reality.

Every single thing you did,
Was a mere reflection of who you were.
You were like the shadow of a candle.

In the end it is the light that has more power. It has the capacity to bring warmth and destruction of darkness.
